By registering for and using these forums you agree and accept the Terms of Use as set forth below.
Ownership
The forums are the property of LaGarde. LaGarde reserves the express rights to control the content posted to the StoreFront forums and may, at its sole discretion, edit, reject or remove material that it deems inappropriate for any reason. Further, LaGarde reserves the right to limit access to the forums . LaGarde may refuse access to the forums to any person if LaGarde believes that such persons participation and/or access to the forums is not in the keeping with the purpose for which the forums are operated. The forums operated by LaGarde are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the LaGarde Web Site.
Expection of Service
LaGarde Support: LaGarde does not offer any formal support in the public forums. Instead, LaGarde sponsors the forums as a platform for participating in the global community of LaGarde customers and product experts. In addition, LaGarde moderates the forums to ensure accuracy of information and may from time to time offer informal support, advice and information. LaGarde may add, modify or remove forums as it sees fit without notice. All content posted to the forums becomes the property of LaGarde. Members posts may be deleted at any time without notice. Members accounts may be deleted or suspended at any time LaGarde sees fit without cause or notice.
Rules of Conduct
Appropriate Language: The purpose of the forums is to exchange technical information and expertise on LaGarde products. Please avoid personal attacks, rants, slurs, defamation and profanity in your messages. Notice should be provided for links or site checks to material that may be found objectionable or offensive. The moderator reserves the right to edit, delete or reject messages at its sole discretion.
Copyright Protections : Under no circumstances should copyright protected material of any type be posted to the forums . The files contained in LaGarde's StoreFront product are Federally registered copyrighted intellectual property of LaGarde and should not be posted to the forums or otherwise shared without express permission. Short code "snippets" of 8 lines or less may be posted for problem solving purposes.
Identification: Creating a false identity for the purpose of misleading others is strictly prohibited.
Message Topics: Please keep the topic of messages relevant to the subject of the forum. It's normal for some message topics to drift from the stated subject. However, to ensure maximum impact and benefit for all involved, please keep your messages relevant to the forum's purpose.
Advertising/Solicitation: The forums are for peer-to-peer assistance on LaGarde products. Participants are expected to refrain from posting advertisements or solicitations not pertaining to the use of LaGarde's products and services. Referrals and recommendations for products in competition with LaGarde is considered to be tortuous interference with LaGarde's business and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Attachments: Attachments may not be posted to the forums. Instead, links to files or resources hosted remotely may be provided.
Links to 3rd-Party Websites
Links to third-party web sites are provided for convenience only and do not imply any approval or endorsement by LaGarde of the linked sites, as such sites are beyond our control. Thus, LaGarde cannot be held responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained therein.
Intellectual Property
This message board is protected by intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of LaGarde. Any material that it contains, including, but not limited to, text, data, graphics, pictures, sounds, videos, logos, icons or HTML code is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of LaGarde's property or of its 3rd party suppliers.
